In short: we collect only what you choose to share with us. We use it to give you your results, follow up with you personally and deliver services you ask for. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and our business, and we never sell it.
1. Who we are
This website, jisrglobal.com, is operated by JiSR Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company led by Dr. Shaimaa Hassoun ("JiSR", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through the website, the AI Shift Diagnostic, our newsletter, our booking and payment pages, and our services, and how we handle it.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- AI Shift Diagnostic: your answers to the 20 statements, your name, email address, career stage, country, and whether you want the newsletter. We also keep the scores and results text generated from your answers.
- Guidance request: if you complete it, your role and industry, your goal, your main obstacle and your availability.
- Newsletter: your name and email address.
- Booking a call: your name, email address, the time you choose and any answers you give to the booking questions.
- Payments: your name, email address and payment details. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Communications: anything you send us by email, and notes from sessions you book with us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our web host records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. Our pages do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If we add advertising or analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
3. How we use your information
- To show you your diagnostic results.
- To read your profile and contact you personally about next steps, including a free conversation if you would like one.
- To prepare for and deliver calls, reviews, coaching and workshops you book.
- To send the newsletter and occasional offers, only if you opt in. Every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To process payments, issue receipts and keep business records.
- To improve the diagnostic and our services, using combined results that do not identify you.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with others for their own marketing.
4. Who we share it with, and how
We share information only with the service providers below, which process it on our behalf to run the website and our business. Information is sent to them over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), either directly from your browser when you submit a form or through our secure business accounts.

Each provider handles your information under its own privacy and security terms. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.
5. How we keep it safe
- All pages and forms on this website use encrypted HTTPS connections.
- Your records are kept in private business accounts that only Dr. Shaimaa can access. They are protected with strong, unique passwords and two-step verification where it is offered.
- Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe, which is certified to the PCI DSS security standard. They never reach our systems.
- We collect only what we need and delete what we no longer need.
No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and any authority as required by law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep diagnostic, guidance and contact records for up to three years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
7. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and send you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop sending you the newsletter or any marketing.
Email shaimaa@jisrglobal.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every issue. Depending on where you live, including the UAE, the European Union, the United Kingdom or California, you may have further rights under local law, and you may contact your local data protection authority.
8. International transfers
JiSR is based in the United States, and our service providers may store information in the United States or other countries. By using our website and services, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country, with the safeguards described in this policy.
9. Children
Our website and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date at the top shows when it was last updated. If we make significant changes, we will make them clear on this page.
