A physician-scientist and operator who has lived professional reinvention, not just studied it.

Trained in medicine across the UAE and Qatar, a regenerative medicine postdoctoral scientist at Mayo Clinic, and a research operations leader who built and directed multidisciplinary teams. Shaimaa works at the intersection of the worlds most organizations keep apart: science and strategy, evidence and execution, institutions and the people inside them.
